Linocut prints: Flora and Fauna
These linocut prints are a celebration of biodiversity. Each one features a different animal, insect, bird, fish or plant. Most are native to BC, others are interlopers or entirely foreign affairs.
The single colour prints are all open edition, which means they are not numbered. The Barred Owl print is printed in a limited edition of 80. Once the 80 are created, I destroy the lino blocks so no more can be made.
I ink and print each piece individually by hand. Only the best prints are kept and signed (and numbered in the case of the limited editions).
You'll see two prices
for each print: framed and unframed. The frames I use are simple and elegant
white frames that can be hung on the wall or stood on a shelf or desk.
Unframed prints are protected in an acid free mat; you choose the frame.
